Meet the Team

Wade K. Paquin – Owner / Project Manager

Wade Paquin has a passion for homebuilding / woodworking and strives to deliver high quality workmanship at a fair price. Wade grew up in the construction industry in a quiet historic town in Massachusetts. His father was a successful custom home builder and master carpenter. Wade was practically born with a hammer in hand and sawdust in his blood. By the time he was 16 years old, he was leading a framing crew working on multi-million dollar custom homes. Wade holds a degree in Construction Management / Business and Architecture from Roger Williams University. Prior to founding WKP Construction Services, LLC, Wade was a project manager / estimator for a large construction company based out of Rhode Island. He was overseeing multi-million dollar contracts and supervising over 40 employees.

Benjamin Wilcox – Foreman

Benjamin Wilcox has been working in the carpentry field for the past 15 years. While starting out in general carpentry, Ben found an interest and talent in finish work, and eventually cabinetry and furniture. He has apprenticed for custom stairbuilders and cabinet makers in New York City, as well as in the custom carpentry shop at the esteemed Hinckley Yachts. Ben splits his time between the field and the shop. He is master at making custom kitchens, furniture, and millwork. He has been a part of WKP Construction Services, LLC since late 2008.

John Ryley – Foreman

John Ryley joined the company in the Spring of 2010.  He brings 15 years of carpentry experience to the team.  John is energetic, detail oriented and we are very pleased to have him on the crew.

Andrew Foehr – Site Supervisor

Andrew Foehr just joined the team this Fall. Welcome aboard, Andrew!
