FORT WETHERILL
Perched atop the rocky shoreline of Fort Wetherill, this stunning wood shingled home captures views of the open ocean to the south and views of the Narragansett Bay to the north. This home was originally built around 1900 and after a full gut interior and exterior renovation it has new life. MACKEREL COVE
With commanding views of Mackerel Cove, this shingle-style cottage was designed to celebrate the surrounding landscape and solve for the homeowners’ love of entertaining. Indoors, the home features a spacious floor-plan with elegant millwork and custom cabinetry. Outside, a bluestone terrace makes for a perfect place to watch the sun slip away under a summer sky.
MODERN FIELD HOUSE
Nestled in a field in historic Jamestown, RI this modern field house is situated to enjoy views of Narragansett Bay. Large glass windows and sliders connect the landscape to the interior. Views in every direction are breathtaking and peaceful. The board formed concrete chimney and wall feature capture your attention as you approach the home. A custom cedar arbor and outdoor spa allows the clients to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
