We are honored to be working on this historical building. Full gut renovation of one unit (foreground) to include all HVAC, electrical upgrades, all new bathrooms, and a gorgeous custom kitchen.
Designed in the 19th century by William Ralph Emerson: Father of the Shingle Style. He was a true New England architect. Emerson traditionally worked on large rural estates or seaside villas and cottages. His architectural style evolved from his early, classically English, Queen Anne masonry-based designs to later adapting and developing the Shingle Style houses that defined his legacy.
